Prüfen welche Office Version installiert ist.
Hierzu öffnet man ein Office Programm und geht auf Menü->Datei->Konto
Dann prüft man unter Info zu Access-> die Access Versions-Nummer oben im Dialog
Hier: Microsoft Access 2013 (15.0.5189.1000) MSO (15.0.5179.1000) 32-Bit
An dem hinteren Text Anhang 32-Bit sieht man, welche Office Version installiert wurde. Dabei geht es nur darum, ob es eine 32-bit oder 64-bit Version installiert ist.
Lösung:
Man muss den Hotfix oder das aktuelle Update installieren unter
