Policy
Privacy Policy fehlt in der App und muss angegeben
werden
Wenn man eine App in Windows Store stellt und diese App
auf Dateien, Internet oder Devices wie die Kamera zugreift, dann wird seit 2017
von Microsoft die Angabe einer Privacy Policy verlangt.
Hierzu muss zur App ein Verweis auf eine Webseite gelegt
werden, worin die mögliche Verwendung von persönlichen Daten zur Verteilung
oder Tracking wie Cookies definiert wird.
Microsoft stellt hierzu keine Vorlage oder
Hilfestellung, wie diese Privacy Policy aussehen soll.
Falls keine Datenschutzerklärung oder Verwendung von
Persönlichen Daten angegeben wird, fällt die Einreichung der App durch.

Because your app accesses personal information, you
need to supply a working link to a privacy policy in the “privacy URL” field
when you submit the app.

Lösung:
Eintragen der Privacy Policy URL
Wo soll man denn die Privacy Policy eintragen?
Unter Windows Store Dashboard ->App
auswählen->Übermittlungen->aktuelle Übermittlung->Store Einträge->English
Dann unter Freigegebene
Felder -> Details anzeigen
Dann unter dem Punkt: Freigegebene Felder->URL zur
Datenschutzrichtlinie die Datenschutzerklärung als URL zu einer Webseite eingeben.

Because your app
